Tecnología con Conciencia S.A.S. (TECON) is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. Its identification and contact details appear in the Data controller box on this page.
This policy follows Article 15 of the Colombian Constitution, Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and the rules that amend or complement them.
2. Data we collect

- Pricing quote tool: name, email, phone, company and tax ID (optional), the options you choose and a copy of the quote PDF.
- WhatsApp: if you write to us on WhatsApp we receive your number, profile name and the messages in the conversation. WhatsApp also processes them under its own terms.
- Browsing: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records a random identifier, the pages you visit, the buttons you use, your device type and an approximate location (city or country). See the Cookie policy.
- Server logs: for security, the server records the IP address, date and requested page.
We do not ask for sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, political opinions, biometrics, etc.). This site is aimed at businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
3. Purposes
We use your data to:
- Answer your messages and requests.
- Prepare, send and follow up on the quotes you generate.
- Contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your request or quote.
- Prepare proposals and contracts if you decide to hire us.
- Measure in aggregate how the site is used in order to improve it (only with your cookie consent).
- Protect the site against fraud, abuse and attacks.
- Comply with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.
We do not sell, rent or give away your data. We will not send you mass advertising without specific consent. When we contact you we only use the channels you gave us and respect the hours and limits of Colombian Law 2300 of 2023.
4. Consent
Before you send a form we ask for your consent through an unticked checkbox. We keep proof of that consent: the date, the form used and the version of this policy. Consent for analytics cookies is requested separately, in the cookie notice.
5. Your rights
As data subject you have the right to:
- Access, update and correct your personal data.
- Request proof of the consent you gave us.
- Be informed, on request, of how we have used it.
- Revoke your consent or ask us to delete your data, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it.
- Access your data free of charge.
- File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for breaches of the law, after completing the inquiry or claim process with us.
6. How to exercise your rights
TECON's administrative area handles inquiries and claims about personal data. Write to comercial@tecon.com.co with the subject "Personal data", or send a written request to our address. Include your name, ID number, what you are asking for and an address or email for our reply. If you act on behalf of someone else, attach proof.
- Inquiries: answered within 10 business days. If that is not possible, we will tell you why and answer within the following 5 business days.
- Claims (correction, update, deletion or breach): answered within 15 business days, extendable by 8 more business days with notice of the reasons. If a claim is incomplete we will ask you to complete it within 5 days; after 2 months without reply it is considered withdrawn.
7. Processors and international transfers
To run the site we use providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Supabase Inc.: database and storage of quotes. Servers in the United States.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics): site statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Servers in the United States and other countries.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): only if you choose to write to us there.
The United States is listed by the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce as a country with an adequate level of protection. By giving your consent you accept that your data is transmitted to these providers for the purposes described.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), admin panel access limited to authorized staff with username and password, databases without public access and a change log.
9. Retention
- Contact messages and quotes: up to 2 years from receipt, unless they become a business relationship.
- If you hire us, data is kept for the duration of the contract and the periods required by accounting, tax and commercial rules.
- Analytics data: 2 months in Google Analytics.
When the period ends, we delete or anonymize the data.
10. Changes to this policy
Any change will be published on this page with its new effective date. If the purposes change, we will ask for your consent again.
11. Effective date
This policy applies from October 13, 2026 (version 2026-10-13). Databases are kept for the periods stated in section 9.
