Terms and conditions of use

1. Who we are

This site belongs to Tecnología con Conciencia S.A.S. (TECON), a Colombian company whose identification and contact details appear in the Data controller box on this page.

2. Acceptance

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

3. Use of the site

You may browse, read the content, try the demo agents and generate quotes. You may not:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that affect the rights of others.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the admin panel, databases or servers.
  • Submit false data or third-party data without their consent, or send bulk or automated messages.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site.

4. Prices and quotes

  • Prices and quotes on the site are for information and expressed in Colombian pesos (COP). Each quote states its validity period and the applicable taxes.
  • A quote is not a contract. Under Article 847 of the Colombian Commercial Code, offers addressed to the public do not bind the party making them; the business relationship begins when both parties sign a proposal or contract.
  • Delivery times and conditions for each plan are in the Terms and conditions section of the pricing page and are part of these terms.
  • If a price shows an obvious error, we may correct it before signing.

5. Demo agents

The demo AI agents answer automatically and may make mistakes. Their answers are examples only and are neither advice nor a commercial commitment. Do not share sensitive data or confidential information in those conversations.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, logos, code and images on the site belong to TECON or are used with permission, and are protected by Colombian Law 23 of 1982 and Andean Community Decision 486. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without written permission. Client and third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, social networks). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Liability

We work to keep the site available and the information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The content is informative and does not replace a formal proposal. To the extent permitted by law, TECON is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

9. Personal data and cookies

The processing of your data is governed by the Data processing policy and the Cookie policy.

10. Requests and complaints

If you are a consumer under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), you may send requests or complaints to comercial@tecon.com.co or call +57 320 983 8287. We will answer within 15 business days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page; it applies from October 13, 2026.
